[H] 2bd/1ba in West Town/West Loop, $800 8/1

Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed, 1 bath walkup. Apartment is just north of the west loop, near blue line and several buses. The place has been recently rehabbed/updated so appliances are newer. Bedrooms are of good size and have good closet space. Also has a small room/office that could be used for storage. Laundry in-unit. Central Air. Permit parking in front or free street parking on nearby streets. Great price for the area.

I'm a 29f. Looking for another professional in their mid 20s/30s. Open to F or M. Must be able to pass a credit check and prove employment.
