Returning mid?-level player after 2-ish years, need some advice.

Stats and gear for reference

Hey guys,

I'm just returning from a long break from runescape, and I have a few things I need some advice on. The last time I played often was around the end of the Tuska event, and I only played for a few hours since then. I've been lurking on this sub ever since, and now I recently decided to get back into it.

Firstly, is tuska gear worth wearing in any case? It obviously outshines dragon and black d'hide, but is it useful for anything beyond that?

Second, I had forgotten to cancel my membership for a while after I stopped (oops) and have 187,000 loyalty points to spend. What should I use them on?

Third, is Menaphos worth unlocking at this point in time or should I level up some more skills first?

Fourth, are ancient magics worth using anymore outside of mini-games? Last time I used them, they seemed useless.

Finally, is there anything close that I should shoot for? (I have ancient magics, and am working towards ancient curses.)

As a side note, what's concidered low,mid and high level now-a-days?
