Factorio, 4K Resolution, doesn't work?

I got a new Alienware 17 R4 with 4k resolution, GTX 1080 GDDRx, 16g 2666hz ram, and everything is beautiful, fast, colorful, etc. The reason I got this beast was to play Factorio! Why doesn't 4k scale properly / play without screen tearing & some input lag in 4k resolution? Or why doesn't MY computer work when other games do, only Factorio doesn't? o_O The UI is also super messed up in 4k

FIXED - Thanks u/Recyart - I just copied the settings you had in your screenshot and everything works great, although I have to have Vsync off. No input / move lag / scroll lag, and the screen tearing is gone (still appears slightly if I run super fast however, but can hardly see it)
