HELP: Is it okay to ask my SO to come home when I'm feeling BAD?

Hey guys, I could really use some insights.

My SO (m, 24, living together) going out without me is a huge trigger. When I'm alone, he's out in town, and I'm having a panic attack/wave of serious depression (happens a lot), is it okay for me to ask him to come back home? I'm really scared that if I don't choose to be alone at those moments, I will be alone in the end because he'll leave me
