Is this a sufficient power supply?

Hey, this is my first time building a pc and curious if a "EVGA - 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply" would be sufficient enough to power a 6600k, h60 cooler, asus z270 mobo, and gtx 1070? thanks
