Divorce after 1 year of marriage

Hello everyone,

I'm currently separated from my wife, I moved her back to where she lived in her hometown. She was requesting that I give her $500 a month until September, which I was cool with at first. However now I'm starting to fall into some financial issues myself, since I took her her credit card debt to help out. Since I haven't paid her, she is refusing to sign the divorce papers and is getting a lawyer to get the money from me. We have no kids, no assets together at all and everything we individually own is in both our names. I make about $2,800 more than her a month (until November, when I will be unemployed.) She starts her job in September. So what I'm asking is, how screwed am I when this gets to court?
