PayPal funds being held because I'm a new eBay seller.

I sold my Xbox with a brand eBay account and had my payment method as PayPal and collect in person only. Because of this, I don't have access to my money for up to 21 days. Does this mean that I could get the money before then? It's been 2 days already so I just wanted to know what time I'd probably get the money. Thanks
