Humira and Travel

Hi, (In UK here for reference).

I normally plan holidays around Humira but got one coming up that just falls in the middle.

Normally take my injection every 2 weeks.

In July I am due to go away on holiday for 2 weeks and in the middle of that will be injection day.

I'm told that there are some travel kits I can get. I may also need a letter and to keep in hand luggage. I understand that 1 injection can last a while outside of the fridge - up to 2 weeks I think? I'm told though it should stay under 25degrees and this is where it gets confusing for me.

I will be travelling and be in Croatia. I expect it to get quite a bit above 25degrees. I will not be in the same hotel for more than 5 days either. I will travel via plane.

Anyone help me out with... Stories of them taking 1 Humira pen with them. Any prep/travel considerations/letters required. What temp they kept it at and where they kept it. Where they got the travel kit from and was it any good. Etc!
