LPT Request: dealing with peeing stage fright

I have suffered with peeing stage fright ever since I could remember, but lately it's gotten worse. I've always been fine if I go to a cubicle, but sometimes I just can't go despite busting for the loo for half an hour.

I've had to turn on the tap in my bathroom lately when I pee, but that's stopped working now. When I have a guest over, it's so fucking hard. I've had UTI and chlamydia in the past and it's nowhere near as hard as having them two. It feels like I'm on MDMA, could it be my new medication? Citalopram.
