Vehicle spawns in 0.62

So after playing the latest stable update for a week, I've found around 5 vehicles (2 v3s, 1 bus, 1 sedan and 1 lada). Both the sedan and lada were ruined and unusable (crashed by players) even with pristine parts, I beached the bus on railway lines myself, only the 2 trucks made it back to my camp.

I have not seen any more vehicles spawn in since, though 2 vehicles were spotted being driven by other players. All of the crashed/ditched vehicles have still not despawned after a few days.

I have a few questions for anyone based on their experience:

Is there a limit on number of vehicles per server? Is there a limit on number of each vehicle type? Specifically, looking for the cargo v3s, how many are allowed on server at one time? Will a vehicle respawn in the same location after being taken, is there a chance it spawns somewhere else or will it not be replaced?
