[Help]Text alignment problem when converting from pdf to mobi

I'm facing text alignment problem while converting a pdf to kindle paperwhite 3. See the problem here: https://imgur.com/a/i0cuf I tried with changing some settings on the Look & feel section on the Calibre software. But the text alignment always wrong. I was using calibre 2.64 on windows. Is there any options to correct these alignments?
