This light won't blink

I have a basic 555 IC with some resistors and this capacitor

what am I doing wrong. it's a a 10uF cap with a 470(yellow purple brown gold), 330(brown blue blue yellow yellow? I can't see those colors to well but I know it's 330) and 100k ( brown black black orange brown?)resistors

using my intuition I think it's the cap, but it may also be my setup? I'm getting really frustrated because this is supposed to be a simple circuit
