Change how you view the internet by using addons/extensions.
First of all, what are addons/extensions. They are things you can add to the browser that change and modify its behavior.
For Mozilla: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/
For Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions
You can just search for features that you want that you think would make the internet less addictive.
Here are a few suggestions for chrome which I use, I am sure you could find equivalents on Mozilla Firefox.
Xtab, limits the number of tabs you can open: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/xtab/amddgdnlkmohapieeekfknakgdnpbleb
Grayscale: for me as a programmer this is essential because I want the internet to look boring black and white, in contrast my code should look interesting and colorful. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grayscale-black-white-hig/cjimlckjgclgboeebpjlipmokolejppk
Image block. If you are doing this with no fap, this can be essential. Sadly scantily clad humans are scattered all over the internet, trying to grab our attention. Reddit included. Blocking those images can take the power away from news sites, imgur and youtube. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/block-image/pehaalcefcjfccdpbckoablngfkfgfgj
Please add your extensions if you can think of any that help with improve your internet usage.
