Why I don't ask for phone numbers from a woman?

There is a thing call number close in pua community. I have taken lots of number from woman but very very few have resulted into something meaningful.. I am generalizing offcourse. Women give out phone numbers mostly out of politeness and not really to carry further. But for men getting a number is like a step achieve. Lot of times women give number out of sheer act of getting validated later. sometimes they give number because they don't know how to get out of conversation.. When a man ends the conversation women know what is coming and by then they decided to give their number and how far to go with you and most cases its not too far..

So what i do then if i meet a girl randomly and wants to see her again? It depends on this one factor, i.e. If a woman i meet happens to be a frequent visitor to the venue i also happen to go often then i don't even think about exchanging contact information. I Just leave. I make statements like " i like you and i hope bump into you again soon" or " I am going for a walk later or tomorrow Come join me", Now the ball is her court, she will respond by saying like "what time you go for walk" in that case we exchange numbers and mind you not ask. In cases if i meet a woman who i might not see again because she lives far or whatever and it is require to make effort on Both Sides then i will say like " I would love to explore you in every possible way, you and me should see each other again". STOP. Again if she wants to also see me then she will respond like " I am free on thursday night" or she might look around and wait in silence to exchange numbers (this one is more about body language) then i will take the lead to exchange numbers.. I promise there will be no flaking if you approach in this manner.. What do you guys think of this approach and also comment your prefer mode?
