A low light boss around 1000

So, I'm looking for an upgrade, I have the T5i but I'm looking for a run'n'gun low light boss. I want to use it as a sort of jack of all trades camera, I need it for filming (1080p and if any camera can shoot RAW that'd be fantastic) but I also need it for possible wedding shoots and live events so I can make some money with it. Hence the need for a fast autofocus system. I've been looking at 5d mk II + III, 7d mk II, Nikon d750, Nikon d7200, and a couple of the Sony a7's. I plan on buying used if it gets me in my price point. I use magic lantern now, so I was planning on sticking with Canon, oh! Image stabilization is important, too. I know some mirrorless options don't have that. Any ideas?
