TWRP doesn't work after flashing Xiaomi.eu

For the past weeks I was using LineageOS but yesterday I flashed Xiaomi EU based on Nougat for Mi 5s. After flashing I cannot launch TWRP, screen is reloading on logo and info about unlocked bootloader. When I don't press buttons system launches.
