[BETA] Decay and Poison, is it worth stacking both?

To get things straight, i believe decay is extremely strong at its current state AND low levels and a nerf is justified.

Since i haven't leveled higher in the beta yet, i wanted to ask how good it can scale and what would be the best way to do so.

What is the best way to scale decay so far and more importantly, is it worth stacking both poison and scaling decay on the try? So far it seems that poison/dot stacking will only be worth for skills that already have a build in mechanic (such as VS or ED) but what about BV for example, with the 30% more alinment damage per blade?
