How do you know when to increase absorbency?

She has started being reeeaaally wet at changes, but no leaks yet. When did you start to double up on inserts?

Also, do you guys use the inserts Alva sends or do you use another kind? Doubling theirs would look gigantic on LO.

Edit: LO is 11 weeks, but only around 10 lbs.
