Quit securitas to work at the location im contracted at?

I've worked for securitas for about two years (same location the whole time), over the past few months I've had a bunch of employees ask/tell me to apply and that they would refer me and so fourth, id get paid more, etc the pros outway the cons as far as i can see.

Buuutt I've heard rumors from other guards that if you quit to work at a location that securitas has a contract with, they'll sue for stealing employees or slap you with conflict of intrest or some shit.

Does anyone know what would actually happen, i clearly can't ask HQ cause they'll know instantly and probably fire me xD.
