Is the furniture in the welcome amiibo cards exclusive to the rV's themselves?

Apologies for an oddly worded question but, I have the chance to buy the entire RV series ( the cards ) from a friend, however it's a lot of money and if it's possible to obtain the furniture that the animals come with ( ie through Nooks or Harv eventually ) I don't see much point to buying them.

Is this something that is known? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.

Thanks for the help!
