Who is buying expensive cars in your country ?

As someone who considers himself to be an upper class man from Bratislava I always wondered who are the people buying expensive cars in this city and its suburbs.

Are all these cars older models imported from different places ? Are they new just with basic package ? But that can't be I mean i am not interested in cars per se but I can surely distinguish an older model from new. Or if it has sensors / cameras etc.

I make around 2500 net / month and I still can't afford a 50k + car. I drive fully loaded kia ceed and I have recently bought an apartment. I often see many people wearing (semi)expensive garments ( i mean i surely can tell if I see common projects or spalwart sneakers) and driving those expensive cars and I have to ask myself what do these people do for living ? Are they all corrupt, gov aligned criminals ?? Or do they just get better prices because they are "rich" ? Or is this all related to infamous VAT manipulations ?
