What is "chunky sandwich"?

Sorry if this is a weird or stupid question...

I've seen the tag "chunky sandwich" floating around, mostly on AO3, and was wondering what it means? The two options I've hesitantly deduced so far is that it is either a) a sex position or b) a legit sandwich.
