Can I, as someone from Belgium, buy Antshares?

Hi all, I've been looking into cryptocurrency lately and I feel Antshares may be worth buying. I want to go ahead and buy, but most online exchange services only allow Chinese / US citizens.

Does anyone know how I can buy ANS when I'm from Belgium, and where I can store them?
