Is anyone else finding the drop rate of eggs from PokèStops lower than usual?

Since the start of the event I've found the drop rate of eggs seems lower than usual.

Yesterday I had space for eggs, and in my storage, but I went to at least 20 stops before l got an egg.

Today I've had the same problem and have come home with space for 3 eggs.

I usually go to at least 100 stops a day and don't have a big problem getting eggs. I've got 4 stops I can see from home so if I ever need an egg, I walk down the block and can usually pick one up.

Finally, was quite annoyed I didn't get one today with my 7 day steak, but I know that's not a guarantee so I got over it.
