[TOMT] Movie or show with dodgy obstetrician

Ok. I think it's a movie but it could be an episode of a show. A woman insists her friend give her the name of her obstetrician. For some reason, the friend doesn't want to (not really pregnant?) and flicks the phone book and picks a name to give to her friend. Tells friend not to mention that she gave the referral. Turns out to be a super disgusting OB/GYN in a seedy part of town. WHAT MOVIE???
