Common area/Library with AC?

I am wondering whether there is some sort of common area where a student could go study that has air-conditioning, particularly that is open on the weekends?

I am studying automotive design, which requires me to typically spend 14 hours a day on homework. Not being used to the climate, not having air conditioning, and with my university closed on the weekends; I am searching for a place where I could go sketch and use my computer that is air-conditioned. I'd even be willing to pay a small amount. Thank you
