1/2 hand

Played a hand yesterday and think every street has a decision which is close. Would like some feedback on all of them.

Hero is on the button, game is pretty standard loose passive affair. Villain has sat down fairly recently. He only raises 3x pre flop which is unusual for the game (5x is standard). From chatting to him I found out he's involved in a poker company and lives in Malta, plays a fair amount. Seems fairly solid even if he's there to have fun rather than to grind it out.

Hero dealt 85cc on the button. One limp villain raises to 6. I call - this hand is the bottom of my opening range from the button, probably should dump it pre but I figure I will never get 3 bet and will see a flop 4/5 ways in position, plus it's a cheap price compared to a 10 raise (which I would fold to). I call and we see a flop 4 ways (Sb folds).

Me and V are both >150bbs deep

Flop is Q93cc.

Checks to V who bets 12. I think it's a pretty small bet I think 1 pair < a queen or a draw are likely at the moment given the wet board. I could call and get a cheap card but I think a raise is good, I make it 32. Folds back to V who calls.

So I think he could have a Q or overpair, but would expect a bigger bet on the flop. I also don't think he has 2p+ since I would probably expect a 3! Thoughts?

Turn is 8o and he checks to me.

I think for a while, on the one hand if he does have a Q or an overpair, this is quite a bad card for him and he might fold to further pressure. I would bet JT Q9 or 33/99 on this turn still. On the other hand I now beat most of his flush draws and I think he can have JT himself. I check it back.

River is 2o

V leads for 80

It's a pretty big bet, and probably a snap fold, but am I nuts for thinking of a call? I need to win 33% of the time and I don't think he plays any value like this except the nuts. There are 16 combos of JT so just need him to bluff 8 flush draws...?
