Are ele shamans playable in bc!

Hi buttheads!

I played a feral on voa and that was cool and all especially with mangle stacking xD

On gummys server I was planning on trying out a ele shaman since it's one of the only classes I've never played before

Just wondering if it can compete and which professions would be good. Thanks
