Everytime I start FL Studio there is already an active plug in on the master channel (Fruity limiter) and there are snares,kicks etc. in the channel rack?

Hey, what can I do to fix this?

Edit: Another problem is that every time I start FL Studio there is an error "not enough asio output channels available - at least 2 are needed" I use it with and without an usb interface but it just works with my interface active, but it has big errors when I wanna start it with out it
