Penis pain started during sex[pain]

Not sure how it happened but I (M) was laying on my side and she was perpendicular to me facing up and when I inserted my penis inside I felt this sharp pain around my tip, very hard to locate it, there seems to be a bit of bruising too.

Any ideas what the fuck happened, I should probably go see a doctor right?
