Specific nation for my playstyle?

I gave the Russians my full attention getting to the 2nd Heavy Tank and the Su 85 but everything sucks there. From the turret speed reload and shit armor. I'm going to describe how I'd like to play in arcade or realsitc and hopefully someone could guide me in the right direction.

I love being able to snipe but more so keeping an area on check my myself. Meaning quick reload time and heavy fire power. But my main thing is armor as well. The russian line I would dish out a shot and then get destroyed due to being marked and the reload time.

Im not really comfortable with close quarter fighting yet but I have a pretty good shot. I have 15 bucks to spend as well lol if I need eagles or w.e
