I lost 3 Games because of this Bug this week

I lost a total of 150 MMR and 30 min waiting time only because of a bug, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSlV2496nls&feature=youtu.be here this time i was lucky and was able to record it because i wanted to give someone a vod from me playing soloq. So basicly it zooms extremly in in Hero select and doesnt let me do anything, quickly Alt f4 and trying to reconnect isnt fast enough. I need a solution please.
