Can anyone help me with this crest - what color are the stars?

I'm trying to create an SVG of this crest but I don't know what colors the stars or the crescent are supposed to be. I'm self-taught with heraldry and don't know what "of the third" means when it comes to the stars (mullets). I can see where the stars are positioned but don't know what color they are supposed to be. Thanks!
