This problem only occurs when I shut down or sleep my PC after either playing a current-gen game (like ME:A) or streaming a game on twitch. When I try to boot it up, it doesn't work. The fans don't spin, no system beep, no case lights, monitor stays off, and no keyboard lights. The only one that lights up is the LED mouse. But here's the thing: it boots up only after waiting for an hour or two, then it's back to normal like nothing happened. I've been thinking if the problem is either a faulty PSU or an overheating problem.

I tried to test if one of the components is overheating and the temps seem fine. CPU goes around 20C when idle and around 30-40C when playing a game. GPU's around 40C when idle then around 50C when playing a game.

I also tested which game or application causes my PC to won't boot up after shutting down or putting it to sleep. So far, only playing ME:A and streaming on twitch are what causes this to happen. Last-gen games, Sims 4, emulators, browsers, and video editing software don't trigger this issue.

I tried googling for some answers and they all seem to point to a faulty power supply.

Any idea what causes this problem?

EDIT: Added a part about the monitor staying off after shutdown
