Is there any guide on how to do the hidden classes advancement?

Sorry if this has been asked, but I'm a newbie here. Planning on going miko and rune caster on my cleric and wiz respectively. Is there any guide on becoming one that's detailed? I tried googling but only came up with a poorly translated one from Korean. Any help is much appreciated!
