Should I bother with tracking/aim-heavy heroes if I have mouse lag?

I have a Lenovo laptop with Intel HD Graphics, so obviously I'm forced to play on the lowest settings. Even so, I still get a pretty significant mouse delay, and most of the time it hinders my ability to aim and track. Should I just stick with heroes that aren't aim-heavy until I upgrade to a good PC?
