My PC is acting Very Very weird and i don't Know what to do

So My PC a few days ago started acting weird. When i am playing Games My Monitor Will Stop receiving from my PC my mouse and my keyboard Will stop receiving Power and the LED's will turn off. I then Try unplugging All connections and try to plug them back in doesn't work. I try to turn PC off by holding power button Doesn't work, I have to trun off at the wall then turn pc back on Sometimes i have to Unplug everything except for power cable turn on then turn off at wall plug everything back in works fine till i play a game, I launch DCS i hit f2 and the whole system Does this again i hit f2 again and it reboots. Sometimes If i Zoom in a game like arma it will do what i mentioned earlier. I have tried switching the Static Plugs on my mother board around, and fully resetting my pc. At this point i have no idea what to do and i am getting very frustrated Please HELP!
