Possible stasis dermatitis associated with edema

Now I'm not sure if it's actually stasis dermatitis but it looks extremely close to it. Refer to previous post for basic information, https://www.reddit.com/r/AskDocs/comments/6gj3c9/lasix_not_helping_with_edema/ I visited her today after a little over a week and I noticed only one of her legs is very visibly swollen right below her knee and about 4 inches abover her ankle, making an oval shape and the other is about normal size. Around both her ankles have also become very discolored and black and the skin on her whole foot from her ankle to her toes is extremely coarse with no elasticity whatsoever. What should she do to help with this or should I take her to a doctor immediately? She said she took a lasix pill last night but it doesn't seem to have worked. Should I instruct her to take 2 this morning? Thank you for any help
