Getting back into the game.

hey, i'm getting back into the game after being away since late september last year. what are the important changes i should be aware of, good and bad? i own season pass so all dlc's are available to me. so nothing is off limits. however DZ doesnt interest me in the slightest so no need inform about anything related to that.
