How to stop autoplay?

I'm watching some short video lessons (1-15 min) with VLC and after I add the second one, when it finishes it autoplays the previous and so on. How do I stop it? I tried looking in the setting and I'm a bit overwhelmed.

I'm guessing it creates a playlist everytime I add a new video and always goes through it at the end of one video.

I only use VLC for the increased playback speed and higher volume capability, so I pretty much never looked anywhere else in the settings. I'm on win10.
