Question regarding strange kill transfer tools

I have a strange sniper rifle with 3 parts.

I would like to transfer the kills to a new rifle.

Provided I use the same strange parts (Do they need to be in the same order as well?) will the kills transfer across for not just regular kills, but also to my strange parts?
