Elga Rapier or Black Horn?

I'm currently sitting on a fully geared Fencer with 315 blues and I don't know if I should get an Elga Rapier RIGHT NOW or invest into Black Horn for don't know how long... I think I need roughly 45m more silver than I currently have + another practo to get the BH. Any insight is appreciated... the doubt is killing me lol
