Looking for roommate in Rochester Hills down the street from Oakland University - Room For Rent

Hey, we are Arlena, and Aaron. Arlena is a 21 year old student at Oakland University, and Aaron is a 24 year old investor, and University of Alabama graduate. We have been dating for 3 years. We are looking for a roommate, as our previous roommate met a girl, and decided to leave to pursue a future with her. We are looking for roommates to move in as early as 7/1/2017. The lease you would sign ends June 30th, 2018, so it ends in 11 months. The unit has a shared kitchen, living-room, and laundry room. You will have your own private bathroom, and room. We are located in Rochester Hills at River Oaks Apartment, down the street from Walmart. Your rent for the apartment would be $500 if you are single, $600 if you are a couple or if someone moves in with you at some point.
