Men Combat Mod Removed

It appears that the Oblivion Like Combat Tweaks (MEN) Mod has been removed from its forum page

http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1513002-rel-oblivion-like-combat-tweaks-part-of-men-project/

Does anybody have an archived version of the mod, alternative download link, or another combat mod that can replace it, it would be of much help!

Sorry if this is a repost, I checked but didnt find anything, but if I happened to miss something please link me. Thanks!
