How to deal with Trundle!

SO basically due to his hp regen, my E + AA does nothing.

I find that i there is not point Q > W > E > AA combo cause i would just lose mana and even though he would be chunked to 3/5 HP bar, he would just regen it up.

I play safe to 6 +, get jungler to gank (failed twice, due to his high movement speed and hp regen + getting tanky) making sure i don't get to close as i know that he can all in me slowing me, taking my hp blocking my escape with pillar and while soaking up my Q, W , E. Note: Even if get a W on him, with his slow on my + swain's low mobility he can catch up and kill me aswell as ignore my jungler ganking from behind.

By level 8+ he rushed spirit visage and he was able to tower dive me while my mana bar was low ( due to trying to push minions away from turret and constantly E'ing him which was probs a mistake and waste of mana as it did nothing at this point.)
