[Routine Help] How to improve my face routine to avoid zits and dryness

Routine Help

Hello everyone! I hope the kind people in this reddit can help me with a couple questions I have. I'm new to this sub so excuse me if I make mistakes.

I'm 27, F, and I live in Spain, the temperature is hot and dry, and I'm not sure about this, but I think I have combination skin. My forehead is usually greasy and my chin is dry, the rest of my face is usually normal, but now in summer it gets kind of oily due to the sweat. I daily pluck the hairs I have on my chin because I'm kind of hairy and I think that makes it drier. I barely wear foundation, only sometimes in winter/autumn. My chin and neck are very sensitive so it's hard to find products that don't irritate them.

I follow this routine, I guess some of them are Spanish/products sold in Spain that might not be known to some redditors. I can post pictures of the ingredients if necessary.

Morning:

-I wash my face in the shower with normal soap/shower gel.

-I exfoliate it in the shower with Beauty Formulas Charcoal Facil Scrub twice a week.

-I put some Nivea Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream SPF30 on my face as the final step.

Night:

-I wash my face with Ecobeauty Argan Oil soap

-I remove my makeup (eyes and lips) with Byphasse Cleanins milk for eyes and face(eyes and lips) and cotton pads.

-I sometimes use Deliplus Contorno de Ojos for the eye area, once a week or so.

-Deliplus Luxe Caviar Reaffirmant to moisturise.

Besides that, I use Tony Moly I'm Real Mask Sheets once a week/every two weeks to moisturize.

My main concerns are three:

-How can I avoid the zits that appear on my face? I usually have a couple.

-Is the Nivea Q10 SPF30 moisturiser enough as a sunscreen? Or ahould I add another sunscreen to my routine? The sun is really strong here and but don't burn easily.

-How can I avoid the dryness on my chin? It's flaky most of the time. I even put some body butter on it when I feel it grabs too much attention.

Thank you so much in advance for the help and sorry for any mistakes in English, it's not my first language and sometimes I'm not sure what words I should use. Thank you!!!
