Please help - I'm stupid and have all of my documents stored on the one computer. Now I've accidentally deleted it, can I get these files back?
I run a small online print store, where I basically sell my photos as print form in addition to some videos. All of the original files are ONLY stored on my laptop, no other location.
Upon deleting a few random dekstop items I've accidentally the folder where all of this information is stored and accidentally clicked delete. Upon clicking delete a pop up has arisen and said 'these files are too large to send to the recycle bin, are you sure you want to permanently delete them?'
I thought it was a little odd, but just clicked delete anyway, and before I'd realised what I'd done it was all gone, within 3 seconds. There were like 3 things in the recycle bin, but they are just shitty jpeg images with no value.
Please please please help!
Edit: Thank you everyone for your support. I ended up getting ALL of my files back. I tried Recuva first with limited success (maybe only 20% of stuff was recovered). I then tried Shadowexplorer which managed to recover the whole lot.
