My Mac just booted up a Windows blue screen error.

This is what I saw

I did try installing Windows a year ago, but abandoned the effort. The only thing I've done since then that could account for this was disabling FileVault - it may have messed up the partitions.

Anyway, my Mac partitions show this

How can I fix this? I want the Windows partitions off, and restore the Mac OS as disk0s1.
