[Beta Spoiler] Evasion got buffed

I've not seen anything about this yet, but then it's not surprising because "evasion sucks" BUT there dose seem to be a small buff to the amount of evasion rating you get on armour

Now according to the wiki, for live a cutthroat's garb has 378 base eva rating, while in beta it has 530.

Makes me wonder if they also tweaked the values of the mods
