Carcassonne 70 point board

Hi guys, bit of advice if you wouldn't mind:

I'm told the first edition of Carcassonne with the 70 point-tracker is pretty rare, and that Carcassonne collectors covet that board because it was only released with the original 2000 release.

I've looked on forums and eBay but can't find any history of these selling, only posts stating how sought-after they are.

Would anyone know the going rate for it?
